Today members of the Mega operations committee and South West College visited AMTCE – Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre of Excellence in Dundalk.
- Training is provided by leading industry trainers who are procured for specific courses.
- The training is government funded with industry contributing up to 30% of the training cost.
- The vast range of courses available – Robotics & Cobotics, Precision Engineering, 3D Printing to Human Error Reduction – all under the one roof & delivered by flexible training modes
- The training is practical hands on using state-of-the-art equipment, in response to identified industry needs. Most importantly they share MEGA’s need to get in front of young people & help them visualise the career pathway in advanced #manufacturing suitable for their interests & strengths.
