Electrical Upgrade Works including Minor Mechanical Upgrades and Building Works/Alterations
LMETB invites you to tender for the above project.
The project involves upgrading of the entire electrical services installations of LMETB offices, Abbey Road, Navan, Co.Meath over a number of phases, subject to funding availability. Minor mechanical upgrades and building works/alterations will need to occur as part of the works. As a result for this particular, the electrical contractor or a building contractor can be appointed the role as main contractor. It shall be their responsibility to for all H&S and PSCS duties and to employ both mechanical and building or electrical sub-contractors for their respective element of works.
Depending on the overall cost of the project and timescales, some phases of works may be deferred for a period or even may not occur. The client shall not be obliged to carry out all phases and it shall be a tendering condition that when awarding the contract, the client may award the contract for only a partial of the works which will be at their discretion. Therefore it shall be imperative that the tendering contractors are fully aware/understand of the above requirements before considering tendering for the works and that the pricing documents are completed accurately for each element and phases of works otherwise their tender may be deemed null and void.
The Form of Contract will be PW-CF6 Public Works Short Form of Contract
